Welcome to SMAJ Ecosystem ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service (these "Terms") are a legal agreement between you ("you" or "User") and SMAJ Ecosystem, a technology company focused on creating, building, partnering, and scaling innovative companies through technology, AI, and innovation.
These Terms govern your access to and use of our website smaj.org (the "Site"), and any related applications, products, or services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services.
If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old and have legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using the Services. The Services are not available in jurisdictions where use would violate applicable sanctions, export restrictions, or law.
To access certain features, you may need to create an account by providing your full name, email address, company name if applicable, and other required information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it updated.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, all activities under your account, and notifying us immediately of unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate an account if information provided is inaccurate, false, or incomplete.

By submitting User Content, you grant SMAJ Ecosystem a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform that User Content in connection with the Services and our business.
You are solely responsible for User Content and represent that you have all rights, permissions, and consents required to submit it. You may not submit content that is unlawful, harmful, abusive, defamatory, obscene, invasive of privacy, infringing, malicious, spam, or otherwise objectionable.
We may monitor, review, edit, or remove User Content at our discretion, but we are not obligated to do so.
The Services and all Content provided by SMAJ Ecosystem, excluding User Content, are owned by SMAJ Ecosystem or its licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other laws. The SMAJ Ecosystem name, logo, related names, product names, service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of SMAJ Ecosystem or its affiliates or licensors. You may not use them without prior written permission.
The Services may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by SMAJ Ecosystem. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of third-party websites or services. You should read their terms and privacy policies before using them.
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SMAJ Ecosystem, its affiliates, directors, employees, agents, suppliers, or licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from your use of or inability to use the Services.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be limited to the amount paid by you to SMAJ Ecosystem for the Services during the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SMAJ Ecosystem and its licensees, licensors, employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors from claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, debt, and expenses, including attorney's fees, arising from your use of the Services, breach of these Terms, or User Content submitted through the Services.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict of law provisions. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and SMAJ Ecosystem regarding the Services.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, including breach, termination, or validity, shall first be addressed through good-faith discussions. If not resolved, the dispute may be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC) in accordance with its applicable arbitration rules. The arbitration shall take place in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.
We may modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice before new terms take effect. By continuing to use the Services after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the Services.
